We hold strictly to a 24 hour cancellation policy. If an appointment is missed or cancelled less than 24 hours before the service begins, Spoke & Weal will charge the full service price to the credit card on file. If you would like to make up the appointment we will credit the missed-appointment total towards a service with the same stylist or same colorist within 7 days of the original appointment time. Appointments may be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance through your confirmation email or by calling the salon

Team members’ individual session prices are based on level of experience in the industry, technical skills, demand, and personal performance.

We provide special rates for select modeling agencies which are extended to models and agents. Lists are updated every year. Rates are for haircut and custom color only. Color correction, extensions, and keratin services are excluded from rates.

Custom Color is the term we use for achieving your customized hair color look. Whether you would like all over color, dimensional color, balayage, base color with highlights, lowlights, gray coverage, or beyond please schedule a custom color appointment. Custom Color session pricing gives us the room to deliver exceptional results customized to each guest. Prices listed on each salon location page.

New Growth Appointments start at 100.00 and include hair color applied only at the roots. Helpful for guests who need root coverage every 3-6 weeks or between custom color appointments.

Aveda provides the cleanest, most customizable, and most reflective hair color line per our specialists. We choose our professional products based on performance and health. You may have allergies! Dry Hair Does Not Lie! We cut hair after it has been cleaned and dried. This way we can manage length and density with more accuracy.

No. It is illegal to price services based on gender. An excellent men’s cut takes more skill and often more time than cutting long layers. We offer complimentary touch-ups between haircuts for all short cuts.

We offer complimentary touchups between haircuts for short cuts as well as fringe. Touch-ups are limited to the neckline or the fringe line and one-time between full service haircut appoinments. Touch-ups help extend the cut and take 15 minutes in salon!

This is a haircut.

We offer extension services to create volume and length. There are many application options and your service provider will help determine what is best for you! A consultation and deposit is required for extension services.

We use Uberliss. The Uberliss Keratin Treatment ensures soft, silky, smooth, and shiny hair for 3-4 months. Enriched with Keratin, Buriti, and Cysteine. Keratin treatments do not straighten hair. They limit frizz and may loosen curl.

Keratin Hair Peptide aka KHairPep retores elasticity and helps prevent damage caused by color processing, water, and heat styling. This is a necessary treatment for compromised hair. Botanical hair treatments condition hair, repair damage, and addmoisture to dry hair. Either treatment can be added on to any blow-dry, color, or haircut service.

We provide complimentary consultations for cut, color, keratin, extensions, and styling. We require consultations for extensions. If you are new to Spoke & Weal and unsure about who you would like to see or what you would like to do—please take advantage of this service. We want you to find your person!

We use a patented Keratin Hair Peptide treatment during hair processing services and sell the take-home treatments at all of our salons. Repair Hair ~ Khairpep is clinically proven to repair, strengthen and restore elasticity to damaged hair. Dyson Supersonic™ hair dryer is engineered to protect hair with fast drying and controlled styling. Re-engineered for professional hair stylists; the new Dyson Supersonic™ hair dryer Professional edition is used in all of our locations to limit damage caused by heat. Dyson Supersonic is our hair dryer of choice for managing style and preventing heat damage to hair.

We do in-salon and onsite styling for events and weddings. For Editorial/Runway email cara@ihpr.com. For weddings please call to schedule a consultation or trial in-salon. For same-day special events please schedule occasional styling appointment online!

We carry Aveda Haircare, KHairPep, Aquis, Mason Pearson Mixed Bristle Brushes, and select hair tools and accessories for styling and caring for your hair. Density, length, and color is managed by your professionals during in-salon services. Texture and haircare is managed by the right products and hair tools. Your service provier will let you know the best products and tools to support your at-home haircare routine.

Nope, we are all commission based employees!

Our assistant program averages 2 years in length and includes intensive training in either cut or color. Email careers@spokeandweal.com for inquiry!

Our assistant team members work on blow-dry, hair color, and haircut models every Wednesday morning. If you would like to be a model for a trainee, please contact the salon. Please note there is a small service charge for color models.
